The Future of Ottawa Jazz Festival

Anyone else get this email then?

Dear Friend of the Festival,

In 2017, we faced an unprecedented year with downpours each-and-every single day of the TD Ottawa Jazz Festival.

Hats off to the many thousands of you who came out anyway in the worst weather possible to support your local jazz festival and live music in the nation’s Capital. You are champions!

The rain did lead to fewer ticket sales. As a not-for-profit, charitable organization, the Festival depends upon revenue earned from ticket sales to pay for new acts and improvements for next summer’s edition.

Help us make sure the 2018 Festival voice is loud and strong by making a donation to the Ottawa Jazz Festival. The Festival is a registered charity and your donation is tax deductible.

We are enormously grateful for what you already do, whether it’s buying a Festival pass, a one-day pass, or tickets to unique shows, participating in our annual fundraising auction, or attending the TD Ottawa Winter Jazz Fest.

Thank you for your support!

Kind regards,
Catherine O’Grady, Executive Producer
