Patterson Hood will assemble the Drive-By Truckers for a run this coming spring that kicks off with a local show in Macon, GA on March 23 and runs through April. Along the way, the Truckers will visit a number of major markets with two nights at the Brooklyn Bowl as well as a stop in Philadelphia, Toronto and a closing two-night stint in Chicago.
