&

A Solo Acoustic Phish Set by Rich Grossman of The Lizards

Dead Phish at the Mod Club was Whose Cat Is Dead's most popular show to date and now, because of many requests, the band will be serving up round 2 at the Rivoli. The Rivoli is a more intimate venue so get your tickets today!

Interpreting The Vast Catalog of The Grateful Dead

Relatively new to the scene, the veteran musicians that make up Whose Cat Is Dead are really turning "heads" within the jam community.

This group are as dedicated to exploring new ideas and approaches to these classic songs as they are to creating musical Jerry-isms. The combination is potent, entertaining, and a treat for live music lovers. With a driving, powerful rhythm section, soaring keys, 2 very different guitar styles, and some of the best 3-part harmonies in the business, this crew are quickly gaining fans new and old.

Adam Bernstein - Drums and Vocals
Rich Grossman - Guitar and Vocals
Kimberly Manning - Keys and Vocals
Mark Thackway - Guitar and Vocals
Mikey Vukovich - Bass and Vocals

The Lizards virtuoso guitar slinger and now full-time member of WCID, Rich Grossman, has been wowing crowds with the band since making their debut in November of 2013, playing sold out shows and festivals to hundreds of fans. The band’s main goal is to recreate the Phish Experience. Whether it’s their ever changing setlists, synchronized dancing (or trampoline-ing) or touring with their own lighting rig and director (TG5), the band is committed to giving people that same feeling as the one we’ve all felt many times before.

The Lizards make it possible to gain that experience in our own backyard, with many feeling it’s been a long time coming that a band can create a community in this country for such a style of music. The Lizards intend to show everyone that they, above all things, can once again bring together a congregation of like-minded people that all want the same things: good times, good music & sore legs!

Rich has agreed to reinvent his performance from the original Dead Phish show at the Mod Club. Come and see what he has up his sleeve this time around!

(Tickets will be available at the door for $20)
