PhishyK
hey Jiggly... I really like Gordon Lightfoot too, I'm always listening to him at work. However, I like David Francey even better. David Francey is truly one of the most beautiful folk musicians to ever come out of Canada. Check it out: www.davidfrancey.com love y'all Kev

Last show I seen was in hamilton place 1998. Hopefully he will be back touring again.

Swan
I saw Lightfoot a couple years ago and I remember it being awesome. We had tickets front row center. Gord was so sick with a cold that night. We had to pass him tissues from the audience to keep him going. That recording would be exciting to hear, he is a living Canadian legend. Esau
I just added another Gordon Lightfoot show to the server for anyone interested. ------------------------------------------------ Gordon Lightfoot Made In Chicago PBS 1973 SHN MADE IN CHICAGO - PBS - 1973 In March 1973, Lightfoot taped the PBS program, "Made in Chicago." This program eventually evolved in to the Soundstage series. Lightfoot at this time was backed by Terry Clements and Rick Haynes, so it is a great document of the three-piece band in their prime. Lightfoot was in tremendous voice on this occasion and the playing was very tight. Tracklist: 01 Don Quixote 02 Affair On 8th Avenue 03 If You Could Read My Mind 04 It's Worth Believing 05 You Are What I Am 06 Beautiful 07 Sit Down Young Stranger 08 Ten Degrees & Getting Colder 09 Softly 10 Boss Man 11 Early Morning Rain 12 Can't Depend On Love 13 Cotton Jenny 14 Old Dan's Records 15 The Patriot's Dream 50 minutes 283 MB ******************************* PLEASE DO NOT ENCODE TO MP3 SHARE FREELY ******************************* -------------------------------------------------

Now that GL has passed I would like to maybe pair this with the 1979 Soundstage and remaster them up. Can Esau or anyone help me out? Thx in advance. Josh. Esau.
Hey. I no longer have the original SHN files I posted 19 years ago, but I do have the original WAVs those SHNs were converted to. I've converted them to FLAC, added a new text with updated tracking and whatever other info I still had on the show from my defunct trade list and rar'd it up. link to d/l removed.
