I'm just sayin. I had a great time accompanying him on the innaugural voyage of some of his new tunes. We played to about 20sh friends and family @ the Sky Dragon Center across from Pepper Jack's on Saturday. Banter = Witty Guitars = In Tune Songs = Sweet and Well Executed MarcO = Gorgeous Me = Less stoned than normal while on stage Anywho, I intend on cornering Marc and getting some of his stuff recorded so please take the time to make an appearance if you see his/our names pop up. The statistics are sound, and definitely indicate a serious bias in the Israeli favour. Their putting up walls and being funded to the tune 6.5 million a day from the U.S. This is not conspiracy dude....this is how it is. I'm not saying every jew is in on it, that's anti semetic, but the evidence points to massive sympathy to their cause (a strangle hold is you will) and distortion through major media that has little to no Palestinian voice (a strangle hold of bias through sheer numbers if you will). I think answering to any other point I posted above and maybe ownning the hypocrisy that your "Get over it" diatribe contains before we get the big old anti-semetic flag might be a little more prudent?

If only they had a strangle hold on the media and the backing of super powers. Imagine the scale of this if the Palestians were able to mobilize the way the Jews are. Your logic seems to only move in one direction. I agree they may need to mve on, but the creation of Israel is an indication that in many ways the Jews did not move on. The religious zealous with which they fight their wars and the lack of empathy from their heads of state indicates that not a lot of moving on is going on on the Israeli side either. Now we've got 2 groups of assholes who can't accept that they were displaced in the past and you know what the real problem is? The UN got in the business of nation building and by proxy emboldened all displaced people to never ever quit because you too may rewarded a homeland you can destroy for centuries if tables of power shift just-so for you. Israel was a mistake...they should rename the place and move forward under the pretense that the area is for all people. How 'bout Ispeacestine An interesting statistical anaylsis of news coverage in North America with regard to this issue.

Sorry for the understatement and the omission of the Balfour Declaration. I was just trying to get it down, without going into all of it. I just don't see how declaring religious states does anyone any good (read avoid more war and sadness). It seems that there any number of ways to be persecuted, race, religion, political affiliation. We wouldn't want to start dividing countries based on these things would we? We would cause more harm than good wouldn't we?

The show though, was awesome. A great birthday bill and really great musicianship from all the players. A great time.

Can someone adequately explain why the creation of a Jewish or any other homeland makes any sense? Was this simply knee-jerk UN resolution without any real forethought? Was it strategic? Was it an insidious move by some people in power at the time? What do any people have a right to declare anyplace their homeland? The 3 major religions seem to have come from this tiny place yet the UN attempts to assert some kind of emblematic apology by saying that Jewish people can lay claim to it? It just seems like a ludicrous notion. No one owns the land, no one one has claim to any of it, not because their family lived their for generations, not because their good book says their messiah came from there, and not based on their belief in their God and His relatinship with the place (which by the way is likely inaccurate). [Removed as it is too personal for this forum...I know the person speaking and used his name and asked him to justify something ... the rest of this post sums it up enough my apologies ] I don't intend to discount the tragedy that was the holocaust at all, but the reasons for that tragedy had very little to do with anything in the area that the jewish people were rewarded. I'd like Yours Truly to elaborate on the "manufaturing" comment, I suspect this notion but do not have the information. Please elaborate when you get time. Sorry to provoke if I have, but I find it alarming that people lay claim to this area and a body of some of the brightest leaders (UN) set this disaster in motion on us in 1947. I grew up in Mississauga dude ... with the bulk of my friends growing up in muslim and hindu households. If I were around during the fucking crusades I'd have the same commentary. This has been an interesting read. I stayed away, due to the fact that I had to get some work done. I've got to say though. A teacher/role model's pechant for anything should be tempered forthright on account of their being obliged to not bias the developing minds of their pupils. In comparison to the benefit a teacher provides when instructing their students to think for themselves, the need to express their opinions (aka their individual freedom of expression) pales. My .02. Holy shit. I don't have cable and often can't stream video here, but this video feed got through. This is one of my first viewings of this scientist since her armed entrance onto the political scene. I had to stop about 30 seconds in to post that she's an idiot. It is unbelievable how uneducated this woman is when you consider the place she holds in the political arena right now, truly dumbfounding.

I remembered I had a friend that worked for Bell Mobility and called in a favour. He sorted it out in an hour and half. In short if you're trying to replace a land line with a cell phone watch who you sign with and determine if they will let you out if it doesn't work in your house. Sorry for posting this outside the exasperated and dumbfounded and disgruntled cellular customer forum.

I head to a Booth store in the mall and sign up for a Solo Mobile phone, unbenounced to me owned by you guessed it Bell Mobility...whoops. Here's a letter I had to write them to sort out what ensued. I sent it off to the store owner and the online Solo Mobile complaints department. The Booth District Manager said that he could do nothing. Continuation in next post.

My odyssey started with Bell Canada nuking my automatic billing information during a service upgrade back in March and informing me in June that I owed them $350 in back payments. I said fine I owe you the money let's break the total over a couple of payments so I don't feel the hit too much. I was an automatically billed customer for the 9sh years and it was their fault that the info got lost I figured they'd oblidge. 8 customer service reps later I was told to get out my credit card and pay the amount in full or have service cut. I oblidged and decided a cell phone with a "new" company would suffice....the story continues in the next post.

In related news : Saudi Pet Ban And by related I mean a gaggle of religious morons justifying anything under the context of their religious beliefs.
