we went the other night. it was fun. i was impressed they were doing it here. there were about 10 people in the theatre, and we were hoping to make new friends but only got to chat with one guy... we were seated late because we went into the wrong theatre at first, which was showing Amsterdam (weirdness!) and realized about 5 minutes into it that it wasn't just a preview 🤪 i definitely was feeling like that guinea pig

Is anyone going to the Hamilton show or considering? I was considering going since I will be in the area and I noticed Ticketbastard now has "Face Value Exchange" tickets on their site. There also now seem to be some regular tickets that have been released. Both kinds are 153$. Does anyone have an extra ticket? It would be nice to go with another person, I'm not sure I'll motivate to go by myself since it is a bit out of the way for me.

Love your positive vibes as always! I too thought the show was fantastic. Less introspective for me perhaps, more beerspective 🙃 I enjoyed every minute of it!

i would check out July 15 for sure. I think I may be in Ottawa in late June though, so I'm hoping that Jazzfest will happen...

the board in the face was my favourite part! (sorry velvet) i was supposed to drop the board and velvet would catch it. but the trajectory was off and the way it knocked his glasses off his face was so perfect the look on his face is priceless too. we need more votes!
