haven't seen mention of the new tennessy willems pizza joint that's opened up on wellington, right beside the elmdale if i recall! looks awesome, and is a short walk for me. between that and hintonburger i may be in trouble. NB: i heard you need reservations, so don't forget!

while in costa rica, we met the friendly proprietors of brutopia , a brewpub in downtown montreal. haven't tried it yet but i would like to give it a plug, anyway, for the beer lovers in the crowd!

a few months ago fluffhead & i were in dirienzo's, and there was a little metal can on the rack that's behind you when you're standing near the cash - the label had disappeared, and on the metal was written: "Mystery Can? $2" in black marker. i've still got a picture of that in my phone. awesome.

those were some haaaaaawt summer days in the past, tons of folks were swimming and only one grew an extra ear. i will miss britannia, i thought it was a beautiful spot, although clearly not the most practical. i'm sure the new & improved fest will be a blast like always.
