  4. Cheers - Its a tad shy on the low end if you ask me, but a little EQ tweak seems to help. Still a good recording, I'm sure others will pop up. I'm not 100% on this, but a guy I trade DVDs with mentioned something about this being video recorded, I can't remember if he asked me if it was or told it me it was going to be though.
  5. I've been wondering if this is the same Allison I know. If it is, I think it was my b-day (boat cruise) last time we crossed paths. Regardless, cheers to Allison.
  6. Would love to make this as its been quite awhile since I saw Mel in steeltown - probally last time was back when he did the monthly (or so) gigs at La Lunas in the mid 90's. Always a good show. Might just make it down if I'm back in Hamilton in time.
  7. I know a bunch of folks don't have a dime-a-dozen account to donwload the show, so I've sendspaced it for any folks interested. I left all the files as I got them - in FLAC - I've only seperated the folder to fit 300MB each just put all tracks into one folder. I also added the cover art which was posted but not included in the download. Text file below included. 8. The show turned up yesterday on dimeadozen. http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=142283 [edit to add] Loads of seeds and great speeds. Pulling down 300+ kBs right now.
  9. It was you who brought up that meaningless second in time. Aside from you trying to make yourself look like something your not while trying to make me look like the asshole I have no idea why you felt that needed brought up. But now, after I counter your bullshit with the truth you want it left at the door. Face it, your just a punk when not behind the keyboard, I know it and you know it. Keep on pointing fingers man and one day they get broken. [color:purple][/satire]
  10. Its shit like this that proves just how full of shit you really are, seriously. I'm not the martial arts [color:purple]expert here. I was sitting down with my back to you, head down eating chicken wings when you gated off some bullshit apology. All I said was "get the fuck away from me" without ever looking at your face. You then just went off and sulked in a booth across the room by yourself. As for the apology, I've accepted it three other times in the past, thats my limit.
  11. Cheers & Happy Birthday Lisa.
  12. Actually, don't forget about the "Eternal Brotherhood Of Love" also dubbed "the Hippie Mafia" back in 1972 or so. Formed in the late sixities they eventually became a serious conduit for marijuana, hash and LSD (eventually cocaine). But they were basically the folks who supplied most of North America with LSD for decades before pretty much either dying off (literally) or finally getting busted, some in or around as late as 1996.
  13. Cheers - I'm pretty sure I was wrong about the versions on Dixie Chicken and Hoy Hoy being the same, but I know neither are solo.
  14. The solo version of 'Two Trains' is on Lowell's "Thanks I'll Eat It Here" CD. I'm pretty sure the version of 'Two Trains' on "Hoy Hoy" is the same version released on "Dixie Chicken". [edit to add] After re-checking, I see I'm wrong about the versions of Two Trains being the same on Hoy Hoy and Dixie Chicken. I was confusing my bootleg Dixie Chicken CD with the official. Mine has all live tracks, the CD art just looks the same.
  15. I think its obvious where they got their outfits.
  16. Perhaps not the worst ever, but it makes me laugh and I saw this thread as a good excuse to post it.
  17. Is this the mp3 version that was available on this site back in 2002/2003? I know there is a version on archive, recorded by Mike Train, but I believe theres only about 5 mins of it.
  18. Hey badass, shouldn't you be out shoplifting more candy bars right now?
