I can't imagine what would make any parent think working in a bar kitchen at 12 years old is a sensible idea anyway. Although I imagine the bar owners (with kids) had some push in the province proposing the idea. Shitty deal for the young musicians thats for sure, but I'd be surprised to see many bands with kids under 16 getting bar gigs to begin with. Yep.
