Doesn't look like the tix are on sale for the Monebello thing yet. Keep checking the website. I'm not going' date=' as I'll most likely be at Phish shows that weekend. But the line-up looks good to me. [/quote'] I went last year and it was a good festival. The prices last year was something like $40 for one day or $50 for both days. (Obviously it makes more sense to go for both days).
I had never been to Folkfest before, but I went all 4 days this year and had a great time! I will for sure be going again next year!
I also like the site at Hog's Back, though I may be biased since my grandparents live close by and they have an extra parking spot.
You got lucky' date=' last night was tranquil compared to the first two nights. In fact I don't think I'd even seen a lawn chair until last night. You take your life in your own hands now at the main stage in those bigger crowds if you have a lawn chair especially during the stage switch stampede. If anyone else thinks the new changes are total bullshit I invite you to contact Bfest and make your voice heard. If we can help fix the logistical problems maybe it won't be such a clusterfuck next year. Mike Rouleau Director of Operations mrouleau@ottawabluesfest.ca[/quote'] I like the new layout, but I also don't like lawn chairs.

lynnsaxberg Lynn Saxberg Bluesfest gala tonight. Have arrived at new convention centre, seen lineup. Is it worth announcing at $300/plate dinner? Debatable.
True, but he seems pretty sure that Neil Young will play. He's probably wrong about Pearl Jam though, knowing him.
I want STP to play again this year, but they're my favourite band so I'm biased
Being a huge STP fan I had to respond to this. That is just the way Weiland talks and has talked since 1999. He's not doing drugs but has obviously done a lot in the past.
