Yes, I contacted TicketMaster. They said the promoter has not authorized full refunds and that all sales are final.

I have escalated my concern with them and they promised I would be contacted within 3 days.

I also just gave an interview to The Hamilton Spectator for an article that should appear tomorrow.

For big shows they always have people at the venue.

Um, supply and demand is pretty simple. Why would anyone sell a ticket for below cost when they can get it refunded?

No, stub hub doesn't know if the original purchaser got a refund. But there is a toll-free number to call stub hub and they will resolve the issue on the spot. You will have a ticket and they will have someone there.

All tix are now 75 bucks no matter where you sit?

A better way to put this would be: any seat you can purchase is now in the $75 price range.

Yeah, the promoter did an EXCELLENT job with this show. What an incredible venue with zero safety concerns, competent staff, ample supply and easy access to fluids, pristine sound, well co-ordinated entry, and easily letting people come in and out to get fresh air.

A real top notch job by the promoter.

I was happy we were able to get our out-of-town friends in for their first Burt show, but that feeling was quickly dashed when we got inside.

I'll be there for all three.
