Forget what I said, my brother thought I was asking about Umphrey's. No, he says DSO will not sell out.

Spoke to my brother, who runs the venue. Sales for the DSO show are strong, and they don't plan to open the balcony for the show, so I would suggest not waiting on tickets.

Parking can be really nasty and hard to find at the venue. Best bet is Broadview south of the Danforth, on the East side.

You probably weren't eligible for the discounted upgrade yet. I was charged no upgrade fee, no administration fee, and the 32gb version was only 279.
