PCcyber was selling 2TB drives for 77 bucks last time I was in.
-
OEM has been gone for a while now, sad to hear Sprint is gone too.
Newegg, Tigerdirect or NCIX are really the only ways to go now. For anything local I just go to PCcyber.

"The Tillman Story is not available, but you might enjoy these titles..."
If you're sick of seeing messages like this on Netflix just download and switch on a proxy like Hotspot Shield Then all of the content on Netflix will be available and its great for getting around torrent throttling too.

While photo googling "Happy Birthday Chad" I came across this and felt it was apropos in representing the wisdom and maturity that comes with turning 40

The skate park in the community where I live is in danger of being shut down due to "anti-social behaviour". I know that there are far more kids that use it for it's intended purpose than those who do not. I'm thinking that there's got to be some intervention ideas out there that have worked in other communities, that are cost efficient and keep the riff-raff from ruining it for everyone else. Any ideas?

It took them years to build the damn bowl and now they want to get rid of it!? That land was supposed to be a new community center going back to when I was a kid and they only thing the village could decide on in 20 years was that shitty skatepark. So what is this anti-social behavior that's got them all so worked up?
Here's an idea New Minas, instead of covering every square inch of our town in pavement and getting kickbacks for saying yes to every big box store that wants in, how about creating a new park or some other form of green space, or extend the skate park so its not just piece of shit bowl that only one or two people can use at a time while the rest hang out and potentially cause trouble or maybe actually build that community center so kids in town have options for places to go and structured environments to keep them from being dicks.
Guaranteed this has more to do with business owners complaining than any residents considering there are no residents around this particular skatepark. And I'm also guess this isn't an issue at Wolfville's skatepark 15 minutes away right?

M. Ward was awesome! I only wish I had of caught the beginning but Shpongle deserved a chunk of my time. Highlights were;
Sad, Sad Song
Rave On
Whole Lotta Losin
Roll Over Beethoven
Shake Your Money Maker

So, did NONE of you see Billy Talent?!??!
They were really, really good. check them out next time.
I did reluctantly and I thought it was awful. It's the lead singer that drives me crazy, his singing voice, hell even his speaking voice is a cross between Geddy Lee and Bugs Bunny.
my picks.
1. My Morning Jacket
2. Trampled by Turtles
3. M. Ward
4. The Roots
5. Josh Ritter
6. Jane's Addiction
7. The Black Keys
8. Buck 65
9. Lupe Fiasco
10. Blue Rodeo
11. Shpongle
12. David Clayton-Thomas
13. Bootsy Collins
14. Skrillex
15. Huey Lewis & the News

That's so slanderous! I was in no shape at that Slip show to start anything let alone that fire.
All I know is one minute you were there the next minute you were gone AND you smelled of oily rags AND you do have a penchant for arson. Open and shut case really.
I know I didn't do it because I was too busy dancing to the fire alarm.

I just wish I'd brought a wheelbarrel to abscond with a keg during the brouhaha
next time I suppose
That's nothing I got two members of Cheap Trick tied up in my basement...No plans, I just want to ensure they never play again.

He's right from the mainstage we could see the trees in the distance down by the river bending at a 90 degree angle, that's when we made the move away from the stage.
It was luck for sure not planning, anyone actually there will tell you, no one had a clue what to do and there was no direction from anyone in an official capacity. The second the stage came down you could smell the panic wash over everyone trying to squeeze out of the exit.
That feeling reminded me of The Slip show in MTL when Le Swimming caught on fire(which Sloth started btw)

from Karl denson's FB:
"Our set got canceled in Ottawa today. We were setting up the stage when a huge black cloud and 140km winds suddenly came in. We were all moved inside the nearby museum. Kinda scary... and dig this....The main stage was blown over while Cheap Trick was playing. Luckily no one was hurt. "Oh Canada"

It was weird to see the drum kit unscathed in the middle of all that twisted metal.

Here is what the aftermath looked like.
