Everything that I've heard from Jose doesn't sound like Jack. If it did, I'd hate him. I'll give you Damien Rice though... he I like a great deal. I also hear some Simon and Garfunkel.

I wish that the other website that I write for would actually get around to posting my review of the John Henrys Sweet as the Grain. I loved it. Check this band out if you can, especially for fans of 70's cosmic country of the Gram Parsons/Byrds vein. -

I hate Depeche Mode with an unholy passion, so you can see where I'm coming from regarding my dislike of New Order, although my opinion may be tainted by their singles output.

That first Joy Division album is raw and powerful. It's unfortunate that they devolved into New Order.
