well ollie 5-6 eggs 3/4 cup mayo, roughly 1/4 cup sour cream pinches of salt, pepper,paprika,cayenne and the other spices one full green onion, chopped splash of lemon juice (a few drops should do) smallish teaspoon of dijon mustard 2-3 strips of bacon, cooked and de-grisled. preferably the thick, smoked kind mix the fuck out of it with a fork, cover, let it sit overnight

booze is always a good gift. unless the recipient doesn't drink, in which case why are you celebrating the holi's with them in the first place?

i've looked into some recipes online that suggest sour cream and perhaps even lemon to zest things up a bit, might have to try that next time there are also a few recipes out there that include minced olives but i can't imagine that being too good... then again i'm not a big olive person

Gawd I love this sammich. First and foremost you gotta stuff that mutha with filling so that it oozes out the mothafooking sides when you bite into it but anyway mine consists of: Lotsa green onion pepper celery salt garlic powder dab of mustard paprika dash of cayenne mayo of course I think that's about it, it's gotta sit in the fridge of course, overnight before you make the sammichs, ideally. I suspect though that I'm needing a 1:1 ratio of mayo to miracle whip, that might be the missing link... Any variations/additions/thoughts?!?!?

one of these days i'd like to sit in the georgetown for breakfast booze and then lunch all the while watching footy. then stumblnig out into the sunshine and making a day of it somehow. or going home to bed after that to sleep it all off. of course this would be a rather expensive endeavour and perhaps best left til European tournament starts up again, but it might be a good thing to keep on the backburner... if they had a pool table it'd be that much better actually anyway
