We cooked a whole chicken for the first time today and I'm wondering to what use I can put the leftover bones, skin, etc. Broth is the obvious thought. Any tips on that?

I think I saw it at Mac's back in October and thought that was pretty early. I love rum and egg nog but usually od on it after a couple of weeks and am sick of it by Christmas. I never drink egg nog plain.

I don't have a strong college allegiance but I've kinda liked Ohio State ever since their national championship win with Craig motherfucking Krenzel behind centre. (Is he still on an NFL team's depth chart?) But I just hope it's close really.
