Weekdays - Lately it has been an avacado spread on toast with a little salt, pepper and cumin on top. Weekends - Usually do up the famous breakfast spuds with some sort of egg deal (sometimes both in a skillet). Lately, its been red pepper, zucini, spinach, garlic and onions, with a hefty layer of fresh grated Grana Padano Parm...fritata style. AND COFFEE.

May I suggest finding a local food co-op?? We belong to one and the prices will DESTROY any retailer in town. It's not-for-profit and run by volunteers as time becomes available. Prices are often around half what things cost in the store.

Also found out that there is a Mill attatchment for the Champion Juicers that allows you to (obviously) grind your own grains into flours...

I was thinking about this today actually...carrot cake came to mind. Have you tried this before, PT?? Just wondering how the flavor is and whether or not lack of moisture in the veg/fruit changes the recipe at all.

I paid $150. A decent price for a great machine.

Just picked up a wicked Champion Juicer....its ugly, heavy and has a 1.3 hp GE motor. Perfect! Can't wait to rock out some nut butter with this hog! Oh, and the juice is pretty wicked too.

Jay, There is probably another file in the folder with the extension .cue ....yes/no?? That is your ticket to burning...esentially it is like an image or copy of whatever you are trying to watch/listen to in a format that is ready to burn. You can use nero (is that your software?) to burn the "image" by selecting "burn image to disc" in nero. Then, browse to the cue file located in the folder you just downloaded and click it...you should be able to burn that sucker and have a nice video disc when you are done...

Indeed, I like this move for sure...

Awesome band!! Hands down has been the band Ive played the most in the last couple of years. All of their studio albums are great to listen to, including their live release "Elko". Im a big fan of "The Hunting Song". Check out THIS show...great sound!! Im stoked to finally see these guys down in Seattle in April.

Cool topic for sure....I know of him through those basic avenues as well. I will add music therapy and eurythmy(sp) as well. Music is something that is taught at an early age and incorporated into various school tasks. Eurythmy is supposed to connect the mind, body and soul and is often done in conjunciton with music or spoken word (poems and such). Most of what I know comes from an education model becuase, well, Im a teacher! I have thought about this school of thought and wondered if I didn't share more of these sorts of values than I would with a more traditional setting. It has come under attack on many occasions due to the root of his theory, namely anthroposophy... Again, some interesting points of view...many of which I tend to agree with.

Wanna hear the most annoying sound in the world....

Sucks that Ugly Kid Joe and Sugar Ray aren't getting the headline spots they really deserve....oh well, guess I won't be hittin this festy up this year...
