does anyone here know russian? i need to know how to write "Exit" in russian (this is for work) this sign ^ supposedly says "Exit --some russian name- street", and while i would guess the top part is the Exit, i need to know for sure. can anyone help? i'm hoping to find first-hand russian confirmation, rather than trust an internet translation.

i think i am going to replace all usage of "sucks" with "slacks". which is weird, because normally, i do not like the word slacks. but when using it in place of sucks, i just think it's great.

i stayed here and it was great -- not too expensive, no cockroaches , AWESOME central location. the room we got was a bit small, but i only had to share it with one other person so it was totally fine for us. how many of you are going? it appears they have different kinds of rooms you can get, maybe there's a better one for squishing lots of people in. http://www.newyorkerhotel.com/ it's clean & they have a huge & very impressive-looking chandelier in the lobby. plus it's sorta famous, you'll find references to it in all kinds of pop culture-y things.
