New Beta Band In Early May!!!

I just checked out their website and the US release is scheduled for May 4th - which means it may or may not be out a week later in Canada.

I can't wait for this album. This is one of my favourite bands of the late 90's.

That's fantastic. 'The Three E.P.'s' is one of my favorite records of the nineties. I saw them open for Radiohead at Molson Park in 2001 and they were great. I can't wait until the new album comes out and hopefully if they tour they'll come around to the GTA.

Upon hearing this news I immediately acquired this new album via the internet (it's legal...) and I've only heard it once but I was pretty impressed. The Three EPs is excellent, I don't know how Heros to Zeroes stacks up yet, but it was a good first listen.

I also got the new Wilco today... Very good as well. Very produced, but with good results. The songs have evolved since the last time I saw them performed live...

Gotta love the internet. May 4 is the release of Beta Band and Wilco's record comes out June 22, but I've already got 'em! ::

By the way, The Beta Band's second album, " Hot Shots II " is just as good as 3 E.P.'s.
