dancingbear
last song- i hope for YEM....and secondly.....a Wading or Dirt or even Friday if they go slow - i think it will be Prince Caspian 'with nothing to return to but the demons in their caves' opener-b/c this will be in probability an afternoon set...i think it will be poor heart....or maybe makisupa? its going to be really weird and hopefully extra-attentiveness will be displayed knowing that each song will be the last of its kind. dave-O
Thinking about it over the weekend, my non-ballad pick would be The Curtain. Please we have no regrets.
bradm
How about a cover? From "Joe's Garage": So the band broke up And it looks like We will never play again... Aloha, Brad
Schwa.
Nice one dave-o. Love the significant lyrics. How about a Divided Sky where during the silent jam, phish leaves the stage and thats it, done. crazy ending that'd be ::
kc
I too am with Marc-O on Harry Hood. If they didn't play it all weekend I'm sure you could see it coming, but it would be a great song to remember their last one by. The hairs on the back of my neck go up every time I've heard it start at a show.
MoMack
Can't think of the rest of the lyrics so maybe its not perfect, but the chorus is... "the day I burned this whole place down, when the circus comes to town" Although I should admit right now, that this may be one of those songs I've sang the wrong words to in my head... but I don't think so?" As for what I'd want it to be... all I can say is LONG!

Jaimoe
All sold out Stapes. I was considering the Sat. show at the SPAC, but have a prior commitment in Kingston that weekend -my friend's father is dying and I'm giving him a lift to Kingston from Toronto.
