Jaimoe Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 I'm stopping in Quebec City for three days starting Friday, then I'm probably camping in New Brunswick and then on Tuedsday, I'll be heading to " The Rock " for a week. I'll be doing my Halifax, Nova Scotia, P.E.I. and New Brunswick sight-seeing more-so after I get off " The Rock ". Any spots of interest that I should check-out? And no, I'm not going to Evolve. I don't like 24-hour-a-day music of any kind. I'd go insane.
SevenSeasJim Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Definitely drive/camp the Cabot Trail on Cape Breton Island. The only problem right now is that most of it is in the National Park and they may be going on strike soon (some slowdowns perhaps???)
Jaimoe Posted August 12, 2004 Author Report Posted August 12, 2004 I'm probably camping at the infamous Meat Cove site on Cape Breton Island.
Guest Low Roller Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Very nice Jaimoe. I don't know the East coast at all, but I hear it's gorgeous. Enjoy mon ami!

SevenSeasJim Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 One of my co-workers is building his retirement home in Mabou and he told me that the Red Shoe has gone out of business. http://www.redshoepub.com/
