weezy
RFASP is an insane band. We played with them last year at the Kaleidoscope festival and they blew my mind to pieces. The keyboardist is outrageously good (esp. on the clav.) don't miss them! their album is excellent as well. I think they're doing the east coast festy's this year - CTMF, evolve etc... check them out.

weezy
Freak, Kaleidoscope was the big fiasco-val last summer 5 hrs. north of Vancouver. (it was advertised as 2 hours north of Van.) It was a very poorly-organized festival, but the bands were great - Wassabi, RFASP, Themasses, Slammin Jack, Funkshun, etc...

c-towns
Hey all, as most of you may already know RFASP is going on tour this summer. You may have also realized that their website has been down for a long time. Apparently, this coming Thursday (5th) they are launching their new site called recipemusic.com, with upcoming tour information among other things. I'm just wondering how many of you skanks have had the pleasure of seeing these guys. And for those of you who haven't I strongly recommend seeing these guys at a venue near you in the upcoming months. peaceinjam.jamesd.
secondtube
seen them a bunch of times....from what i remember, they were very young. I have a show with them opening up for the fatties, its not too shabby. I remember brown town likes them like O-town likes nero.
c-towns
Well the site is there, but its a bunch of jibberish so far, still anticipating.... Did anyone see them open for Burt Nielson at Alfie's in Kingston a couple years ago in March or February, that was my first taste, and I've loved the flavour ever since. peaceinjam.jamesd. SolarGarlic
Hmmmm, so where are all the Calgary gigs? Kinda says something about a city when a band that lives there doesn't even want to play there!!! I hope some Calgary dates get added......in addition to the jazz fest date.
c-towns
U wanna go to that jazz fest show they got. I emailed them to see if they would do a stop at the Ho or the Roadhouse before they left, but we both know where that email will end up.... How were your tests? Wanna see a pussy tonight? peace.jamesd.
