In today's Ottawa Citizen - can't find it online, but it's about the woman in France who had the partial face transplant last week. The subtitle in today's article goes, The recipient of last week's historic face transplant reveals that she had been mauled by her dog while unconscious from a suicide attempt. As it turned out, her donor had recently hanged herself.

At the least, it's always good to know that reality always trumps fiction (or provides grist for its mill).
