AD Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 that's awesome, shain, way to go.ive always wanted to go to Iceland. Iceland Air routinely has great deals if you fly out of Boston... I've been seriously looking into a sidetrip to Iceland on my next trip across the pond. On some flights you don't even get penalised for the extra stop for 2 or 3 days... AD
mister slippery Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 from Boston, hmmm?maybe when next i visit my bro in boston, i'll arrange a small detour to rekjavik.
AD Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 iceland air flies from boston, NY, san fran, orlando , minneapolis and baltimore... but i only look at boston because it's closest..
fluffhead77 Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 fuck iceland. muuuuuuum and bjork can both shrivel up. although I did hear that reindeer is quite tasty...
shainhouse Posted September 21, 2006 Author Report Posted September 21, 2006 Apparantely I have to bring a lot of food with me cause their veggie options are minimal... pizza and McDonald's fries.
Velvet Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 I met two Australian dudes on the way to St. Petersburg. They were on a 'round the world trip and they couldn't stop talking about how amazing Iceland was.
bouche Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Is Jambase paying your way to Iceland?curious minds want to know...
zero Posted September 22, 2006 Report Posted September 22, 2006 Seriously Shain try and get an interview with We Are Scientists. They are hilarious dudes from everything I've read and seen and they just take over the 'interview' process. If you tell them you're from Canada originally they'll likely really go off.

We Are Scientests may be a good interview, but their music does absolutely nothing for me.
zero Posted September 22, 2006 Report Posted September 22, 2006 Oh but they are such a wicked interview - I'd have to go the exact opposite direction. They are the shit as people even if there music is to some 'the shit' (I don't have much of an opinion there). They're like a band full of Chives2's.
shainhouse Posted September 24, 2006 Author Report Posted September 24, 2006 I don't know how many, if any interviews I'll do.. I'm there to review, so it'll mostly be taking in the shows...
zero Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 Just try and meet them they're hilarious.
