Gregg Allman & Friends Hit The Road

Gregg Allman, who recently rapped up his tour with the Allman Brothers Band, will hit the road again for a Fall Tour billed as Gregg Allman & Friends.

Gregg's friends will include: Mike C. Barnes (guitar), Jay Collins (sax), Jerry Jemmott (bass), Neil Larson (keyboard), Floyd Miles (percussion) and Steve Potts (drums).

Allman has enlisted Danielia Cotton to hold down the opening slot during the tour's first leg; Honeytribe (featuring Devon Allman) will take over for the second leg.

saw them a few years ago in royal oak...they played for about 1:15...i was back in windsor with a beer in my hand at a bar by 10:45. but we had comps so i couldnt complain too much...certainly would be pissed if i forked over cash for it

also that night i've never seen backbacon more fucked up...lol

Saw Greg Allman & Friends Jan 1, 2000 down in Hotlanta. Thought it was a real yawner off a show. Mind you we just came off 2 nights of down and dirty Panic. I wouldn't pay to see them again.
