bradm
with our without hard boiled eggs?I say without. Just finely chopped cooked chicken, mayo, finely diced onions (maybe celery, also diced), and spices. Doing the same thing but with hard-boiled eggs instead of chicken is a whole other/different sandwich; mixing the two wouldn't work, IMO.Aloha,Brad
Davey Boy 2.0
i'd say without, definately'course my preferred way of making them is with leftover chicken, salt and pepper, hot curried mayo and halved grapes to offset said mayo

MarcO
without. I like the classic: chicken, mayo, carrots, celery. A little s&p and a small squirt of hotdog mustard. In fact that's what I just ate!
Ms.Huxtable
I gotta say without as well. I do like to add eggs to my potato salad though.
