Booche
Go with Heinekin (however you spell that) The boy wasnt much of a drinker, but he had a couple of those that I know of. If you want to drink like Phil, its red wine, and if you do the Booby, its a pink spritzer. I think Weir also drank Zima's when they were around. AdamH
While it's true that Jerry wasn't much of a drinker, in the absence of snortables/smokables/edibles he certainly opted for drinkables. Do a search on the Trans Continental Pop Festival of 1970, when the Dead, along with Janis' band, THE Band thesmelves and some folkies. It's a great read and talks about the lack of drugs and the abundance of juice on the trip. For more fun reading, check this and this P.S. On an unrelated note, why do scandinavians love The Band and Bruce Cockburn?
\/\/illy
Hmmmm, not a drinker eh? Does anyone have any heroin then?
Booche
No more work for me today, thanks! And what is the deal with some of the video they wanted to release from that tour? Live performances cut in with shots on the train? Whatever happened to all that talk? Yeah, that is supposed to be the drunkest Jerry ever got.........I think Delaney and Bonnie were on that trip as well, or part of it anyways. jon.
I think Jerry's drink of choice was chocolate milkshakes accompanied by a kickin smack buzz.
