Magnum
This does look like an all-in one crazy device. How long until I can get one that plays FLAC files and woven into my chest hair. Now that's progress.

paisley
thanks for the keynote speech, great readyou can tell Apple is up to something outstanding when Jobs gets charged with tax fraud "Yes this is Micro.. ahem, an anonymous caller, who'd like to report some questionable balances in the books of Steve Jobs and Apple Computers."wish I had've had the money to throw down on Apple stock that day, when their share prices plummeted for 6 hours before climbing back up once people figured out what was going on

zero
From a business perspective a lot of what's interesting here is Smidt being on the board of Apple and the synergies in the google/apple alliance. Also that multi-touch patent however it works has got to be pretty outstanding.

bouche
That was one helluva presentation. I wonder how connected you can be with it, and how much the service will cost. The other announcement, Apple TV is abso-fuckin-ly-useless in Canada. You still can't buy tv shows or movies from the iTunes Store here. So why are they bothering to sell it here?
paisley
but is the cup half empty... or half fullbelieve the correct question should be "how can we be the ones to provide iTunes and iMovies to Canadians considering the inevitably evolving technology?"and retire happily to the Cayman Islands ever after

bouche
Steve Wozniak on the iPhone The price point (which made many of us hurt during the keynote), Woz said, was "extremely low." Lower than he expected. He told the quickly-growing crowd that there was "no choice but to switch" to the iPhone from whatever other totally inferior service that he, or you, or anybody already has. Obviously, Woz likes the iPhone.

I would assume that carriers would also add incentives on top of that...so probably in line with the high end treo/blackberry market. And oh so much prettier...
