Hillside Inside (Feb. 2008)

Just had a really interesting conversation with Sam Baijal (Hillside Artistic Director) about a variety of things Hillside and music related. One really interesting development he told me about was how they're working on an indoor festival one or two days that will launch in 2008 that will be at the arena downtown in Guelph (5000 pp) with 8-10 bands. Can you imagine how cool that would be? Like Winterlude in Guelph.

Also they're thinking of having a seperate ticketed show on the Thursday of Hillside with a headliner and two openers. Both developments sound really interesting.

That's a great idea! Other then the Guelph Storm it doesn't seem like that arena gets much going on.
