larry_llama
Open stage every Wednesday at PJC (www.pepperjackcafe.com) and I have heard it's quite a good time, though my pansy ass whiny self hasn't made it to one yet due to ridiculous excuses such as "work". TheGoodRev
Wed at PJ's is an open stage, not open jam. i.e. no drums. What's your deal, rustle? Are you any good?
larry_llama
I was under the impression that there were often full-band jams going on there and multi-attendee impromptu collaborations. But i could be wrong since, as mentioned, I have not actually been :-p

whiteymuseum
Tuesday nights at Casbah Lounge (306 King St W @ Queen St) has an open jazz night. There's a house band from Mohawk college's jazz program, and folks of the street can join in with their own horn, guitar, vocals etc. Or you can even use the gear of the house band. Every Tuesday night, "JAZZBAH", with $3 Jazzermeister shots!
RUSTLE
Wed at PJ's is an open stage, not open jam. i.e. no drums. What's your deal, rustle? Are you any good?my deal is, i used to jam with a bunch of dudes in the cambridge / guelph area which fizzled out and i am looking for something new. i am good (my playing style is simple, a little jazzy, a little funky, don't bang the s out of the skins, and i am not into huge solos). just love to play and make good music...
