bradm
Cool! With one 'Arrgggghhh': that's the same night as Peter Elkas + Joel Plaskett at Capital Music Hall, along with The Souljazz Orchestra at Black Sheep Inn.But I need my Diesel, so I think that's where I'll be.Aloha,Brad
Dr_Evil_Mouse
I can't believe this - in a perfectly ironic twist, I think I have to be at a conference in Waterloo precisely that weekend. Ottawa will get a real treat, anyway.
boiler
Holy Shit, this is great news. Another Caution Dog/Deisel Jam!!! May 5th in the O-Town sounds REALLY doable to me. St. Kitts was unbeleivable.

bradm
I think bradm has probally taped every mavericks show hes been too at least since I have known him.Since before that. The first show I went to there (the night the place opened, I think) was GTB 2004-02-25, and I've recorded every single show (and every single band) I've seen there since. (The only time I was there and not recording was one night when a bunch of us went there for dinner [around 5pm] before going to a movie at the Bytowne.)And yes, I plan on recording this show.Aloha,Brad
boiler
Bring lots of storage space, I'm sure it'll be a blender with a long night of dancing. (not that I know anything about recording a show)
bradm
Bring lots of storage space, I'm sure it'll be a blender with a long night of dancing. (not that I know anything about recording a show)My recorder can do up to a three-hour set, but I can make it start a new set with the press of a button (and I'll have space for several sets).Aloha,Brad Edited March 22, 2007 by Guest
traveler
Finally. I've been waiting for Caution Jam to make there way to o-town. What a bonus to also get diesel dog. M.G.C.
I am really looking forward to this show. Sounds like some cross-over jamming with a wee bit of Mr.Heilsholt late night extravaganza wine..I think the last time for Cjam was a gig with Dr. Huxtable.. M.G.C.
Ya do you have that show Brad?? maybe i don't wanna hear it,,, whatever i know we had a real good time... Who was the kooky soundman guy??
bradm
No, that was before I started recording*. The "kooky soundman" guy was Bruce, who also managed the place (IIRC). I'll bet he recorded the show (to audio cassette) from the board, but I don't think he ever gave out tapes.I wonder where the tie-dye socks I bought that night are...Aloha,Brad* I started recording in mid-September, 2002. mark tonin
This show will undoubtedly be a blast. The band put lots of time and energy into the new cd, and what I've heard sounds fantastic! Hopefully people will step up and support the band by coming out to their upcoming run of shows and by purchasing the disc.Peace, Mark
