They are opening for The Golden Dogs on NYE at Lee's Palace.. Anyone seen em? Whats the scoop? My internet connection is to slow to play music off their myspace page.

NewRider is indeed a fan.I started listening to their album on his advice(notably that they would be a better choice than the Golden Dogs to book for an event).It's shiny wrapper,cream soda, indie pop...Beach Boys meets Velvet Underground with their eyes cast down.Well done but, for me, nauseating after awhile.

If they don't suckass live they should be a good opener...because it will be short.

NewRider saw them at The Ghost of Brantford thingy Friday nite I believe.

They headlined Saturday night at The Ford Plant and rocked. Their recorded stuff is very poppy but they play things rougher and faster live. I had a great time seeing them and hope to see them again. Also, I've never seen a band before that has underwear for sale at their merch table!
