...there's a band from Vancouver you might want to check out: The Pack A.D. (on MySpace here). Like the Stripes, it's a duo, just guitar, drums, and vocals, with a raw, blues-y-rock feel to it. (Their press clippings read pretty well.)

I'm planning on being at (and recording) their Ottawa show; they're also doing some dates in Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes in the first half of September.

Has anybody seen their live show?
