bONES
I do not get out to play much here in Toronto, although I have at Ward Island & Centennial Park. I have been working on building baskets and a course on my land near Haliburton though...

Lancaz
That is some basket.I know of a few people who are putting up small courses at their cottages. what a great idea.If you don't want to build your own, you can purchase Portable baskets, ones that fold up like camp chairs... or you can get port. real baskets, but I think they retail for about 300 bucks or so.You can always use your our "targets" there is a course near Vernon that uses old bbq propane tanks thru their course. Schwa.
Anyone play the Brantford course yet?The one at Shade's Mills Conservation area is horribly unkempt. Cully will attest to its craptitude.

Lancaz
Yeah, unfortunately, the Shades Mill course has some difficulties, however I am told they are trying to trim more of the fairways this season. It could be a good little course.Love Centenial ParkAnyone Play St. Thomas.... they have kick ass courses. No one play Browntown?I think it is a cool course, you can score well, so long as you miss the trees.More technical than long.Provincial Finals are in St. thomas... always a super fun time. jaybone
I don't play too often these days. I do spend too much time lookin' for discs as well- but that is the same no matter which course I play at!Bronte is much better in recent years! Hal Johnson
The course in Brampton is a beauty. I highly recommend it.
Schwa.
Yeah, unfortunately, the Shades Mill course has some difficulties, however I am told they are trying to trim more of the fairways this season. It could be a good little course.absolutely. i like the layout but when we went last year the fairways were shin height and the god damned bugs in the rough were unbearable. that being said, it's the closest one we have here in KW. CyberHippie
I had fun at the Shade's Mills course. But I hear it's pretty bad in the summer when it's overgrown...For those in the K/W area, the guelph course "Sugar Magnolia" is probably the best option for now.
