He was found liable for her wrongful death in the civil trial, which isn't the same as guilty in a criminal proceeding.

Ron Goldman's father has said that he would excuse OJ from having to pay a dime if he would admit guilt. Mr. Simpson hasn't been especially receptive to this idea.

Could (hopefully will) be spending the rest of his days behind bars. He played the system and gloated about being able to walk away from it each time. Karma's come back to getcha OJ. Have fun in the big house old man.
