Booche Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 You misunderstood my email. I was asking to be in a member of the band!
nattyMatty Posted October 10, 2008 Author Report Posted October 10, 2008 I saw the Fembots in the summer time. I as impressed as I thought I might be with such a cool name. I was also hoping there might have been go go girls in the band. I was very disapointed with that. I Wish " The Fuck Puppets " would get back together.
allison Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 i went to see the fembots last saturday at zaphods and they succcccccccccccccccked. last time i saw them (maybe 2 years ago at hillside?) they were great. i wonder what happened.I think it's the new material. The new album was initially supposed to be entirely with Iner's junkstruments. They found them too difficult to rely on during the recording process soreverted to a more basic format, with the junkstrument tracks looped through.Trying to transfer that back to a live setting has proved difficult.I think its one of those concept things that seem like a great idea..then suckass to actually deliver on.
