Cucumber salad

Bear with me... I'm German.

Slice an English cucumber very thinly and a small amount of red onion, put it in a bowl layered with salt.. I know, fuck off.

Let stand twenty minutes... like while you cook your steak and prepare the table.. y'know, get some wine and utensils and stuff.

Mix up some cracked pepper, a dash of salt, a capful of vineagre and a dash of lemon juice with two tablespoons of olive oil and a table spoon of sour cream or mayonaise.

Throw that shit on the cukes and stir it up.

Prepare like half an hour earlier and put it in the fridge to chill.

Its alright stuff.

I had a German friend that made one like this except she used milk and it was delicious.

Sour cream's best, mayo works but it's better with the chill time.
