1 Med. Onion Chopped

4 cloves of garlic Minced

1 tbsp olive oil (prefer fresh virgin)

1 cup of Hot Water

1 half of a tsp of curry powder

1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger

1 cup of Natural Organic peanut butter (or any Nut butter)un sweetend

3 tbsp of bragg's or any soya sauce will do Fine!

1 nice tbsp of toasted dark sesame seed oil

In a medium sauce pan, Saute onions and garlic till onions are translucent.(using the Olive Oil!!ok)Then Take the ginger and soya sauce and the curry power sesame seed oil and mix it in a dish that is big enough to hold all the ingredients and then mix them all together including the big glob of peanut butter. Then Mix in the hot water and wisk till it is nice and Smooth. Then make noodles and you can roast veggies and mix it all together.

This Is good to feed hungry people that like to feel Really Full.
