Onion Chopped4 cloves of garlic Minced1 tbsp olive oil (prefer fresh virgin)1 cup of Hot Water1 half of a tsp of curry powder1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger1 cup of Natural Organic peanut butter (or any Nut butter)un sweetend3 tbsp of bragg's or any soya sauce will do Fine!1 nice tbsp of toasted dark sesame seed oilIn a medium sauce pan, Saute onions and garlic till onions are translucent.(using the Olive Oil!!ok)Then Take the ginger and soya sauce and the curry power sesame seed oil and mix it in a dish that is big enough to hold all the ingredients and then mix them all together including the big glob of peanut butter. Then Mix in the hot water and wisk till it is nice and Smooth. Then make noodles and you can roast veggies and mix it all together. This Is good to feed hungry people that like to feel Really Full.
