Davey Boy 2.0
Greatest foodeeze show I've ever seen, hands down. These dudes deserve a Grammy (Emmy? Oscar? something anyway) Dig it!
Ms.Huxtable
Damn I meant to PVR the first episode. Thanks for the reminder. I'm glad to hear it's as good as I had hoped. Food Network is getting so stupid these days.

Ms.Huxtable
I finally caught an episode and recognized one of the guys as the owner and chef at Pied De Cochon in Montreal. A restaurant I have always wanted to eat at.Not a bad show, I'll watch it again but it hasn't hooked me yet. Still better than Paula Dean I suppose. AD
From Davey Boy's link:"This unique culinary road series explores Québécois cuisine and features the colourful and larger-than-life master chef Martin Picard, chef-owner of top Montreal restaurant “Au Pied de Cochon.†He and his sous-chef Hugue Dufour take viewers on a journey across Quebec to discover typical dishes from a whole new perspective."An old roommate of mine took a day trip to Au Pied de Cochon by himself one day a few years ago and dropped a ton of money on his meal and said it was the best meal he'd ever had, period. (That said, the prices on the menu aren't toooo outrageous for a special dinner out...)
