for those who are into the blues... this is a pretty good festival. this will be the first year without Mel Brown, and he will be surely missed. there are some pretty good acts lined up though. looking forward to Canned Heat, Elvin Bishop and David Clayton Thomas especially!

I wonder how the severely re-tooled Canned Heat will sound without founding singer-guitarist Alan "Blind Owl" Wilson and singer Bob Hite; both have passed on?
