New easier way to add YouTube vids

1. Find a youtube video that you want to share

2. Copy the text found at the end of the YouTube url (after the "v=" parameter.

3. Click on the TV icon (in the full reply or new topic screen)

4. When prompted, paste the text that you just copied

5. Add Post.

Share new topics with videos in the YouTube forum only please. But if there is a thread in the Sanctuary that inspires you to share a video in your reply, feel free to use your new youtube skills there.

Folks, be mindful that you may have to allow pop-ups thanks to this new procedure. Once you do that you have to hit the TV icon again.

Bouche, feel free to bring back the post showing people how to add videos the old way......for the time being. Why would you delete that?

The popup is completely similar to any other popup. It's safe. It asks for a bit of text. ooooooo!
