Guest Low Roller Posted February 19, 2003 Report Posted February 19, 2003 Just keep poking. It'll numb eventually and you won't feel a thing.

dancingbear Posted February 19, 2003 Report Posted February 19, 2003 go see a doctor.....seriously you dont want to mess with vision...odds are its nothing, but stuff happens.......
Guest Low Roller Posted February 19, 2003 Report Posted February 19, 2003 Ok. First go to a mirror and look for the following: an eyeball. Is it there? If yes, then you're off on your road to recovery. If not, what the hell were you doing??? Second, is there something in your eye? And I don't mean it in some sort of poetic "I only have eyes for you" crap either. Look for a jagged edged object portruding from your eyeball. No? Does anything seem infected? Does your eye seem to be excreting some sort of puss? No? GOOD. Is there any discoloration caused by the infection (and not by remnants of the mascara you sometimes put on your face when you're alone)? If you've gotten this far, I would suggest rinsing your eye with cold water, and for fuck's sake DON'T RUB IT!
NewRider Posted February 19, 2003 Report Posted February 19, 2003 That is weird, I had something in my right eye earlier today. I looked real close in the mirror though and it turned out to be a hair. I just removed it, now everythings cool.
reba Posted February 20, 2003 Report Posted February 20, 2003 a washcloth soaked in water as hot as you can stand and compress your eye with it. just don't burn the skin....the skin around your eye is more sensitive. keep compressing and this should help
CatPhish Posted February 20, 2003 Report Posted February 20, 2003 whatever you do, don't leave a wet teabag on it all night long
