There is a bylaw in Vancouver against noisy Leaf Blowers which I'm happy to say will now rarely have to be enforced given the few trips the Leafs will be making out here.
No bylaw has been established yet against other losers coming to Vancouver to cheer for teams from the other side of the mountains, but really only Leaf Blowers are an issue. You won't hear too many Habs at a Canuck game... no smoking in the Garage. Hayseeds from the prairies genarally find the parking too expensive nevermind afford a game ticket, and no one living outside of Ontario would dare to admit to even liking Ottawa.
