SoundForge Question

For all you audio editing types out there. I have a huge .wav (that was recorded last night) and I've got it loaded into SoundForge. What's the best way to divide it up into 'tracks'? I can highlight the track and then cut and paste it but how do I make sure that when it's all played together it meshes perfectly?

Use CD Wave:

Its one of the only programs that will cut your .wav at sector boundaries so you don't get sector boundary errors. Place the track marks in with the 'split' function, and use the save function to write to individual tracks.

Use SoundForge for editing out blips, introducing fades or normalizing.
