Chipotle, hailing from Guelph, Ontario, is a “Jazz ‘n Groove” instrumental Trio consisting of Jim Slansky (guitar and vox ), Sam Cino (drums and vocals), John Elliot (bass guitar) Influences include: John Scofield, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Bob Marley, John Coltrane, Henry Mancini, Thelonius Monk, Soulive, Amon Tobin, Ray Barretto, Joe Bim, St Germain, Sly Stone, Maceo Parker, Medeski Martin and Wood, and others of that ilk.
