I've got 1 bedroom in a two bedroom downtown apartment in Guelph. It's $400 + utils, if u need a parkspot (it's underground). It really is a sick location, and its got a Sauna and Whirlpool open 24 hours in the building. I thought I'd try offering it here first, cuz the people here are who Im looking for.
