TREY IN PERFORMANCE THIS WEEK

Trey Anastasio will join the Vermont Youth Orchestra this Tuesday night,

September 14, at Carnegie Hall in New York City. The VYO will perform a

program of new works written entirely by Vermont musicians, including

"Guyute", which the VYO debuted in 2001. In addition, Anastasio will

perform "The Inlaw Josie Wales", orchestrated for string ensemble and

solo guitar. The concert takes places at the Isaac Stern Auditorium at

8pm. Tickets are still available and range from $10-$35. Trey will also

perform with the VYO at the Flynn Theatre in Burlington, VT on Sunday,

September 26 where they will repeat the Carnegie Hall program. Tickets

On Saturday, Trey will headline on the main stage with his ten-piece

band at the third annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, held in

Austin, Texas's Zilker Park September 17-19. Trey will be headlining on

the main stage on Saturday September 18. Other performers include Ben

Harper, The Pixies, Sheryl Crow, and about 125 other bands playing on

eight stages. The festival does not offer camping on site. Tickets for
