Mississauga, Ontario, November 12, 2006 —Hershey Canada, in cooperation with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, today announced a voluntary recall of a limited number of products produced at its Smiths Falls plant between the dates of October 15 and November 10, 2006. The recall of these items, listed below, is being conducted due to the potential of Salmonella contamination associated with an externally sourced ingredient.

There have been no reported illnesses associated with consumption of these items. No Halloween or Christmas items are included in the recall.
