  1. I just got back from watching the leafs training camp where they were scrimaging with refs and using the new rules... the new 2 line pass rule

made a huge difference as O'Neil and Sundin were getting great breaks from those long passes out of their own end.. The flow of the game was great...look for defenceman piling up more assists from these plays.

This hockey will be the most entertaining since that trap word came into being.

Jason Allison played with O'neil and they looked great. Sundin is amazing and Czercowski looked alright... Stumpy may just make this team as he's giving it all he has and he set up a beauty today...

    Their defence just sucks!!!!!!

  2. hey H I just had a baby girl a month ago and named her Harper with a middle name of Dylan... she's and HD baby so think of the initials you're about to give this kid.

    DAVE is your safest bet!!!!!

    Congradulations bro

  3. the hockey news is listing Getzlaf as the Ducks # 2 centre, which would mean a ton of ice time and have sloted Perry as the # 4 right winger...

I'm not to sure about how crosby will do point wise but he'll get a shit load of oportunities.

I think that Jeff Carter will be the biggest surprise playing with Forsberg and Gangne.

  4. Here's an article on Ryan Getzlaf of the Ducks:

    "Ducks rookies win Pacific tournament

    The Orange County Register

The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim rookies beat the Kings rookies Sunday, 4-3, in the championship game of the 2005 Pacific Division Shootout in San Jose.

It was the second consecutive tournament championship for the Ducks.

The Ducks had the highest three scorers in the tournament. Ryan Getzlaf, Dustin Penner and Corey Perry were the top three scorers, with Curtis Glencross tying for fourth.

The Ducks posted four victories in a row, beating the Kings, San Jose and Phoenix in round-robin play.

Anaheim was led by Getzlaf, who led all players with nine points in three games.

Getzlaf was named the tournament's MVP."

  5. nice meeting you at the bsc yesterday basher.

My 2 cents on the venue allow me to give two huge thumbs up for both the indoor releif from the heat and the stage proximities which allowed for those seemless sets. I also took advantage of the pool that was just outside the bar!!!!!! Very nice!

Umphreys really did it for me but I only caught the tail end of the keller/umphreys thing but was thuroughly impressed.

SCI sounded awsome and way better than the last time I saw them. They seem to be getting more of their own sound where as I used to look at Nershi's playing as a Trey rip off.

If you're in Ottawa today and aren't planning on going to BSC drop everything and goooooooooo!!!!
