looks like the new guitarist's name is neal cassal of Haze Malayze. he sings too, good vox. Add the rhythm section of the Mule and there you have it. a lot of talk about marc ford guesting in new york but his TBC days are over.

decrim would reduce the profits of organized criminal enterprises because thier margins would drop through the toilet. Many people who smoke don't grow because of the risks involved...this would change with decriminalization because the risk would be gone. These organized criminal enterprises would likely concentrate on their other um...interests where the competition wouldn't kill thier prices...they like monopolies and the current structure suits them just fine.
frankly i'm not interested in giving the gov't more tax revenue streams as they misuse it.
kids do it anyway...did you ever have a drink before you reached the age of majority?
better off with open dialogue than legislation.
-
supporting decriminalization dosn't neccesarily mean supporting the current gov't doctrine outlining decrim w/ fine. i support decriminalization without fines. that being said i would prefer the current dog eared american cowtowing policy to legalizing it. i just don't think we need them involved at all.

that song Ham-burger is incredible

Matt Mayes formerly of the Guthries yes.
i think he's a really good songwriter.

kinda goes along the lines of what Evan Solomon was starting about yesterday on cbc.
why do we need a star system in this country? it does nothing but develop an elite we don't need. As Canadians we can be seen as somewhat slow to take to this sytem so why do a few mucky mucks continue to slough off the sh!t of the musci industry on us. what's worse a second rate star destined to back up some american pop tart or no star system at all?
just be an artist, if the craft is good i'll consume it.
maybe if art was placed into playlists instead of whores canadian fm radio wouldn't suck balls.
not to worry campus/community radio...there is more need for you than ever.

i think we are going to blue floyd the week after and mmw the weekend before as we had a blast at thier mardi gras party last year.

yeah this band has new life.
the show maybe a year and half ago up in wakefield was the best i have ever seen them play. new drummer old producer has taken them from being on the verge of breaking up to this revitalized focused group.
damn i wish i went to kingston last week to see them
-
Hey cool Howler...i hope they go back to the Black Sheep Inn again this year.
I hope the NCC was able to help you to see the event with the 2 large screens adjacent to the stage.
didja stick around for Keishia? damn she must be good to have bumped a mulit-faceted band of 9 or so albums of experience. hope the kids lliked it.

in all fairness to the band i would probably pay ten and mayhaps it is more spamming than gouging.
well i am going to go and listen to them now anyway
-
i don't think i have ever seen a sky that colour before...except for maybe on the Simpsons
-
i think so...Carla is still out on the fence.
i want to go to nero but i think she wants to go to JMP.

Well said Northern Wish.
Wasabi Collective...this is a bad decision on your part.
While it may be a point that the choice is ours to purchase and there is not an arm being twisted.
There is a counterpoint that your new fans or those who have never heard a note of your music may perceive this as GOUGING!
